At Dong & Martha’s, everything starts in our small family kitchen. We cook in small batches, using real ingredients and the same recipes passed down from our lola to our parents — the same dishes we enjoy at home.
We don’t use preservatives, extenders, or MSG. We season gently, use less salt and sugar, and prepare each dish with care instead of shortcuts. Because of this, our food tastes clean, comforting, and naturally flavorful — the way home-prepared food should be.
While commercial dishes are designed for mass production and long shelf life, ours are made for gatherings, celebrations, and shared meals. Every tray is freshly prepared, handcrafted, and meant to feel like something made by family, for family.
