Our Creamy Mushroom & Garlic sauce is made with a lovely combination of button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, gently cooked with garlic, butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, and a touch of thyme and black pepper.
The mushrooms give the sauce a rich, earthy flavor, while the cream and Parmesan bring everything together into a smooth, comforting sauce. It’s one of those dishes that feels a little indulgent but is still wonderfully simple and satisfying.
We prepare our sauce in small batches and bottle it fresh when you order, just like we would when cooking for our own family.
